Coming in September!  We are about to launch into what we are calling House2House ministry.  This is going to be a time for the people of God to gather together and bring their friends, family and neighbors for a time for refreshments, fellowship and devotion.  One of the early churches greatest strengths was their UNITY and TOGETHERNESS.  

With House2House we are simply continuing to follow after what the church in the book of Acts did.

"And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from^a house tohouse, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart," Acts 2:46  ESV

50 Days of Pentecost Recap

Well, we ended the 50 Days of Pentecost outreach effort on the 12th of June and what a success it has been.  We have had 17 receive the Holy Ghost and 15 Baptized.  But this is NOT the end of the Revival we are believing God for.  We celebrated the past 50 Days of Pentecost (first-fruits) because we believe in Faith that God has just shown us what He is able to do in just 7 Sundays.  We are believing God for greater growth spiritually, financially and numerically.  All it takes is just a little bit of Faith and a willingness to be used by God.  Thank God for what He has done and what He is getting ready to do.

Matthew 6:33 ESV

"But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you."

The Experience Continued

We had another great weekend starting with Canvassing/Prayer Teams going out this past Saturday.  We made contact with people needing prayer and interested in knowing more about God.  Sunday was great as well, with great worship followed by a word from the Lord "The Spirit of Holiness."  The Holy Spirit causes us to not only be influenced by its power but leads us to become influential through through its power. We must not harbor our experience as though it is exclusively ours, but we must share our experience with those around us.  As, we closed the service we were excited to baptize Sis. Rosa in Jesus name.

So far we have had 13 people baptized and 10 filled with the Holy Ghost since we've started the 50 Days of Pentecost.  We still have 3 weeks until Pentecost Sunday and we are expecting a packed house.  Our goal is to have 300 people in attendance on Pentecost Sunday.  This we will see with the help of the Lord!

The Experience II

We had a great time on Saturday at the Fun Bash at the Nueva Vista Apartments in Fort Worth.   We had close to 150 kids come out and have a great time with a  bounce house, soccer challenge, basketball challenge, jump rope, hula hoop and other games.  We also had a puppet show and lots of giveaway prizes.  The highlight prize of the day was a Apple ipod shuffle!

The weekend didn't end with the awesome Fun Bash on Saturday, but was followed by a dynamic service on Sunday.  We had lots of visitors and were able to see 6 people baptized and 6 filled with the Holy Ghost!  Then we ended the Lords day with a great Mobile Church service at the corner of Meadowbrook Dr. and Handley Dr.  We made quite a few contacts and many said they would come visit the church.  We've planted the seed, now let's water our efforts with PRAYER and FASTING and expect God to give the increase.  Be Blessed!
